The ‘Data Product Owner – Billing Accounts’ supports the Head of Master & Referential Data in defining, delivering and managing a global solution for managing the lifecycle of customers’ billing account data, including data definition, processes, data quality and referential system roadmap.
This role is part of a small core team responsible for the Customer Master Data at the heart of the Orange Business digital customer & employee journey strategy, and will work in close collaboration with the other data product owners to share expertise and ensure alignment. It is a marketing-orientated role, ensuring we hold and exploit the right data at the right quality to deliver operational efficiency, customer journey, commercial advantage, and therefore both customer experience excellence and business growth.
