Vos principales missions seront :

- Participer à la construction du service
- Participer à la mise en RUN d'une population de clients ciblée
- Prendre en main les solutions techniques (d’un point de vue administration)
- Eprouver et construire des processus concernant les outils du service

Contribuer à l’amélioration du service :

- Identifier des enrichissements possibles (outillage, veille, processus) permettant d’améliorer la qualité du service et / ou son efficacité ;

Vos atouts et compétences clés pour le poste

De formation Bac+3 minimum :

- Intérêt pour les sujets de Cyber Sécurité (détection et compréhension des mécanismes d’attaques, fonctionnement des EDR)
- Curiosité pour prendre en main efficacement les solutions techniques de l’équipe.
- Collaboration et travail en équipe
- Etre force de proposition
- Très bonne maîtrise du Français

Passionné(e) par les nouvelles technologies, vous êtes doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel client, de capacités rédactionnelles et d'aptitudes à travailler dans des environnements multi-projets, multi-clients.

L’autonomie et la prise d’initiative sont également des éléments très important de ce poste.
