Mission

  • Process Governance: Lead the development and implementation of process governance frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance across OINIS.
  • Methodology Definition: Define and standardize process methodologies to drive efficiency and best practices in process management.
  • Audit : Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external audits related to processes, security, and certifications (SOC, ISO27k, …)
  • Process Management: Oversee the design and documentation of business processes, ensuring automation and digitalization are considered and integrated from the outset.
  • Project Integration : Conduct impact studies on how projects affect processes and tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives and minimal disruption.
  • Project Management : coordinate all operations related to process operationalization, including tools implementation,  IT integration and End to End Digitalization.                                                                           
  • Collaboration: Work closely with all OINIS directions, especially with process owners, to ensure seamless integration of processes and projects.

Main activities

  • Process Governance
    • Lead the development and implementation of process governance frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance across OINIS.
  • Process Management
    • Develop and implement comprehensive process documentation and improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency across various departments.
    • Collaborate with OINIS directions to identify process bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
    • Ensure that all business processes are in alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Strategic Initiatives
    • Provide insights and strategic recommendations based on audit findings and process evaluations.
    • Support the implementation of new business initiatives from a process and compliance perspective.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the Process and Audit team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
    • Manage team resources and budget to ensure optimal deployment and cost-efficiency.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Audit
Oversee the conduct of regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, accuracy of financial records, and compliance with regulatory requirements

The performance & Processes Department is  responsible for defining and monitoring OINIS performance indicators, and for developing and providing dashboards. It is responsible for business and strategic analysis to ensure OINIS performance.

As a Head of the Processes & Audit, you will ensure that all OINIS processes for all departments are defined and optimized (continuous improvement approach) to secure overall consistency within OINIS.
